OTB Sports Lab is composed of sports experts and professional players. Its main function is to develop advanced sports technology, including jersey fabrics, structures, special functions, and testing of fabric wear resistance, perspiration function, breathability, etc.
How do we develop?
We select high-quality sports raw material suppliers worldwide, which must meet our requirements for material sports characteristics and durability, and at the same time meet GN-SKIN's environmental standards.
The raw materials are made into jersey fabrics with unique functions according to the unique patterns we designed, ensuring that they have AirCtrl2.0 and Multi-Dry functions.
To keep ahead of the technology, we will update it regularly.
How do we test?
Testing jerseys is a complex and long-term project. The laboratory tests mainly include the following items:
1. Functional test: The monitoring instrument will detect the air flow, moisture absorption function, and perspiration function of the jersey to ensure that it meets our requirements;
2. Wear test: A professional robot will wear the jersey and simulate the continuous friction of the jersey under real use conditions to test its durability;
3. Stretch and tear test: The test machine will detect the elasticity and stretch limit of the jersey, simulating the pulling behavior in the game to ensure that the jersey is strong enough;
4. Durability test: Repeated use test in various environments, including sunshine, rainy days, muddy ground, etc. After the jersey has been used and washed many times, observe the evolution of color, printing, etc.
After the laboratory test, the jersey will also be worn by professional players for a long time for use test, and collect feedback from various aspects during the real use process to ensure that the function and quality meet our strict requirements.
